OPI announced a collaboration with the Miss Universe Organization. The Miss Universe Collection, a set of four new colors, will launch June 14, 2011 in Las Vegas. The reigning Miss USA and Miss Universe, Rima Fakih and Ximena Navarrete, will unveil the collection at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. This collection is available in September—will be sporting any of these glitzy, pageant-inspired shades?
