This was my first ever attempt at the half moon manicure... And it didn't turn out as bad as I thought it would. For this manicure I used: Julep Marisa (the dark shimmery navy blue base color), & Milani 3D (the slightly holographic half moons.)

This photo was taken sometime back in February of this year.

Fried egg nail art ^_^ So simple, yet so awesome. All of the nail polishes I used were: Zoya Raven, Milani White On The Spot, Wet n Wild Sunny Side Up, & Wet n Wild Kaleidoscope. Easily one of my all time favorite manicures... Every time I wear it, I crave fried eggs, haha.

The base was two coats of Sinful Colors Secret Admirer, and then I layered one thin coat of China Glaze Ghoulish Glow. For the bones, I used quite a few nail polishes... And those nail polishes were: Orly Melt Your Popsicle, Orly Glowstick, Zoya Malia, Zoya Sooki, Sinful Colors 24/7, China Glaze I'm With The Lifeguard, Pop Beauty Raw, & on random parts of the nail dotted in some of China Glaze Fairy Dust. I'm not a huge fan of how these turned out, but I think most of the bones turned out decent. It took me about an hour to do this on both of my hands so, I'm probably never doing this again, haha.

I started off with one coat of Sinful Colors Smoking Hot, then I free handed the french tips using Chick Nail Polish Rocker Chick. After that, using Sally Hansen Black Out and Bundle Monster Plate 211, I stamped on the skulls. Then after that, using a dotting tool I dotted on the dots with Sally Hansen Purple Potion. And yes, I stamped the skull on my index finger upside down on purpose. One more thing, the stuff around my nails is cuticle oil, encase you were wondering ;)

Not exactly sure what to call these... So, for now they will be called Black Hearts.

Using a makeup sponge, I sponged on Julep Marisa, and Fingerpaints Tiffany Imposter. Then, over where I sponged Tiffany Imposter, I applied a coat of Revlon Whimsical, and after I allowed that to dry a little I added a black heart shaped rhinestone. I'd like to try doing these again, but with different colors.

Ok, so for the base of this entire manicure, I started off with one coat of Zoya Uli, and then one coat of Wet n Wild Kaleidoscope. After that I applied three coats of 365 Days Of Colors Boouk!, and then I applied one coat of Julep O Canada!. As for the ring & thumb fingers, I just did a water marble with Zoya Raven & Sally Hansen Clear'd For Takeoff.

I started off with two coats of Barielle Budda-Ful. Then, after I let that dry to the touch, I created the spotted look by putting two drops of Zoya Raven in the water, and spraying one spray of two different fragrance mists. After that, I free handed the french tips using Sally Hansen Black Out, and after I allowed that to dry a little I added about two layers of Nicole by OPI Love Your Life to the very tips.

If you put the middle & ring finger nails together, it kind of looks like a butterfly.

For the base I used two coats of Chick Nail Polish Hipster Chick, and for the water marble I used Chick Nail Polish Hipster Chick, Milani Hi-Tech, & Wet n Wild Black Creme.

After I allowed the water marble to dry a little, I added some dots to the side of the marble design, using a dotting tool & Milani 3D.

The only nail polish I used for this manicure is Color Club Over The Moon. Using acrylic paint, I created the thick line you see on the middle of the nail.

I kinda screwed up the line on the ring finger while I was applying the rhinestone -_-;

But aside from that, I love this manicure ♥. It was very quick and easy to create.

For the base of the pointer & ring finger I used: Color Club Eternal Beauty, and for the base of the thumb, middle & pinky fingers I used Wet n Wild Eggplant Frost & Sinful Colors Star Dust.

To create the eyeball/eyeballs of the purple people eating monsters, I used black & white acrylic paint, a stripper brush & a dotting tool. These were very fun to create ^_^

I'm not the biggest fan of how these came out. I think they're a little too busy. The only nail polishes I used for this was China Glaze Unrefined & Orly Shine On Crazy Diamond. Nail Art July Day 7. ICE CREAM!! :3 I decided to paint caramel drips, mint ice cream with dark chocolate chips, & vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. The base color for this entire manicure was Sally Hansen Breezy Blue. For the caramel nails, I used a mixture of Wet n Wild Sunny Side Up and Orly Chocoholic to create the caramel, because I didn't have the perfect caramel nail polish... For the mint ice cream nails, I used Sally Hansen Mint Sorbet, and brown and black acrylic paint. And for the vanilla ice cream nails I used yellow, black and brown acrylic paint to create the ice cream & cone. I think I used like, four or five nail polishes to create the sprinkles... I believe those nail polishes were: Zoya Charisma, China Glaze Starboard, China Glaze Hang Ten-Toes & Zoya Song.

Overall, I really like how these came out. :)

I used Milani White On The Spot for the base, then I layered some of 365 Days Of Color Deadly Attraction & Zoya Frida on the top. Then after I allowed that to dry a little, that's when I created the fried eggs using white acrylic paint & Wet n Wild Sunny Side Up. Oops, and I almost forgot the mention that the glitter on top of the fried eggs is Wet n Wild Kaleidoscope.

Nail Art July Day 10. Starfish.

So, for this challenge I decided to do a jelly sandwich with glitter on three of the nails, and paint a starfish on the other two. I know the starfish came out pretty bad. x) But practice does makes perfect!

For the nails with the glitter jelly sandwich I used Loreal Miss Pixie, Sinful Colors Lush Life, Nubar 2010, Zoya Gilty & Zuza. For the base of the starfish nails, I did a gradient using SpaRitual Sacred Sands & China Glaze Angel Wings. After I allowed the gradient to dry a little, I painted the deformed starfish using acrylic paint. Then, after I allowed the paint to dry a little I added one coat of Orly Shine On Crazy Diamond. ^_^

I really love how the nails with the glittery jelly sandwich came out. *_* So pretty.

For the thumb, index & pinky fingers I painted random curly lines. x) I honestly don't know what else to call them. This is the last time you will see me do any nail art for nail art July. I have decided to quit this challenge due to not being able to post my nail art designs on time. Sorry about that! I did stick with this challenge for a little over half a month, which I think is pretty good... But even though I didn't stick with the challenge for a whole month, I can tell my freehand nail art skills improved a little bit, so I am happy about that. :) For the base of this manicure, I sponged China Glaze Refresh Mint, Orly Coachella Dweller & Pop Beauty Raw over one coat of Milani White On The Spot.
After I allowed that to dry to the touch, I applied one coat of China Glaze Fairy Dust & one coat of Sally Hansen Snow Globe. For the dots I used a dotting tool, and Zoya Kelly & Goldie.

Mattified, holo, chevron french mani.

I ♥ this... a lot. :3 For this mani I used Wet n Wild 2% Milk, and Color Club Snowflakes for the base, and for chevron french tips and squares near the cuticles, I used Color Club Over The Moon. I wore the manicure with regular shiny top coat for a couple of days, and then on the last day I wore it I decided to apply some of Revlon Matte Top Coat.

By the way, my nails are no longer this long. :( I had to cut them due to some tears in the free edge of some of my nails. :( But it's ok... They will be back soon.

I thought these were SO simple & cute! I had to try & recreate them myself!

For some reason I could NOT paint cats mouth correctly. T_T I tried a minimum of four times, so finally I just said screw it and left it like that, haha. I still think it's cute, even with the screwed up mouth. x)

Ok, so for the base I used one coat of Chick Nail Polish All A Twitter & two coats of Sally Hansen Snow Globe. And the black is just acrylic paint.

Wow, it's been a looonnnnggg time since I've posted anything! Well, I'm back, and I have quite a few nail art designs to post.

This was a water marble design I created a little over a month ago. I believe I created January 1st, if I'm not mistaking.

I used WanderLust Lacquer Cinderella and Nicole by OPI Razzle Dazzler. WanderLust Lacquer Cinderella, is a very pretty light baby blue with a holographic finish. And, Nicole by OPI Razzle Dazzler is a black creme.
I really enjoyed wearing this water marble. I think it was pretty...

Today, I have this anti-valentines day themed nail art.
I don't remember what nail polish I used for the base. I just remember I layered one coat of Nicole by OPI Fabulous Is My Middle Name over it.
For the red boarder, hearts, and drips, I used Sally Hansen Stunning Scarlet!
To be honest, I'm not the biggest fan of how it turned out...
Next time I would use a red nail polish that's a bit more opaque, because the one I used was a bit sheer.

While your base color is still wet, add drops of polish, and drag it around with a toothpick or needle. I find it easier to use a toothpick, but of course that's personal preference

My manicure for inad2014. ♡
For the special day, I created this ocean & mermaid inspired glittery gradient type of thing. ^_^

Step by step what I did to achieve this... look:

1. For my base, I painted one coat of Revlon Super Powered.

2. I created some stripes coming in from the sides of my nail using Wet n Wild Teal Slowly and See, and a fan brush.

3. With a striper brush and the same polish I used for my base, I painted a large stripe down the center of my nail.

4. Using Sally Hansen 3 2 1erland and a makeup sponge, I created a glitter gradient going up towards the middle of my nail.

5. Lastly, I applied topcoat, and yeah... That's it!

This was my first try at doing the sugar spun technique, and I know it didn't come out perfect, but I think it didn't come out too bad for my first try!
For my sugar spun mani I used Revlon Decadent for the base, Color Club Gift Of Sparkle for the gradient, and Orly Naughty for the sugar spun art. ^_^

Oh, and I definitely give lots of credit to ohmygosbpolish for the inspiration on the sugar spun technique! Her tutorial on youtube was very helpful.

♡Hello everybody!
I hope all of you are doing well! ^_^
I painted all of the nails pink, and did a swirl water marble for the accent nail.
I really like these a lot, but I'm not sure if I prefer these, or the blue version of this... I think both of them were very pretty.
All the nail polishes I used were: Zoya Harper, China Glaze Hang-Ten Toes, Dainty Digits Polish Are You Serious?!, Wanderlust Lacquer Pixi Dust, Zoya Izzy, & Zoya Arabella. ♡

I actually put what I used in order for once! Haha.

Hiiiii. Today I've got this nice & sparkly nail art. ^_^ I really liked these. So sparkly. 😍 For these nails, I painted two coats of Zoya Dream, on the thumb, index, and pinky fingers. On the middle and ring fingers I applied two thick coats of Revlon Artsy, and did a drag marble design using Zoya Dream, Orly Royal Navy, & Sephora Rich Gold. And I used silver rhinestones by Bundle Monster. ♥

Please excuse my super dry hands in this photo, lol.
On the index & ring fingers, I used Illamasqua Creator for the base, and Revlon Holographic Pearls for the gradient. As for the blue middle & pinky fingers, I used Zoya Dream as the base & the gradient is Pixel Pixel Dust (an all time favorite glitter polish of mine.)
