PARIS FASHION WEEK S/S 2012
With a collection based around the color pink, makeup artist Mathais Von Hooff kept models looking summery, minimal and fresh. It seemed as if the girls had slicked on some gloss and headed outside on a summer day.
Makeup
Mathais began by prepping models' skin with Mineralized Charged Water, which invigorates and prepares skin for makeup. He also patted Mineralize Charged Eye Concentrate around eyes to soothe and hydrate the delicate area. He then applied Studio Moisture Fix SPF 15 to slightly illuminate the skin and Studio Finish Concealer, blended over the skin only where needed. MAC Pro Crimson Lipmix was tapped into cheeks for a natural flush and Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder was applied through the center of the face and under eyes to set and polish.
For the eyes, Copperplate Eye Shadow was lightly applied through the outer upper and lower lash line and Black Fix Studio Fix Lash was applied only at the root to define curled lashes. He blended Studio Brown Studio Fix Lash through upper lashes only. To create a natural, rosy looking lip Hue Lipstick was blended over the entire lip with fingers for a sheer, more pale effect.
