For a luminous base, Val blended MAC Strobe Liquid over the skin, and applied MAC Select Cover Up Concealer where needed. He blended MAC Cream Color Base in Shell over the high planes of the face as a "luxury highlight", and swept MAC Studio Careblend power along the sides o the nose and forehead. For a soft contour under the cheekbones, Val used MAC Pro Sculpting Cream in Bark.

Val perfected the eye lids with MAC Cream Color Base in Shell. He curled lashes, then sculpted and defined brows with MAC Impeccable Brow Pencil. He brushed up brows for a boyish effect with MAC Clear Brow Set. MAC Pro Chromagraphic Pencil in NW15 was applied through the waterline of lower lashes to brighten up eyes.

For a peachy emphasis, Val blended MAC Pro Longwear Lipcreme in Overtime. He topped the lips with MAC Cremesheen Glass in Pure Magnificence (available Autumn/Winter 2011) over the lips for a glossy sheen.
