Le Métier de Beauté Trend Report: Christian Cota Fall 2011 Runway Show
Published Feb 18, 2011
Defined eyebrows with minimal makeup was the perfect compliment to Christian Cota's mountain-chic Fall/Winter 2011 collection. Key makeup artist Maud LaCeppe and Le Metier de Beaute developed a natural and sophisticated look with a strong brow and a "woman in the mountains" glow. Keep reading to see which products were used to create the beauty look at the Christian Cota F/W '11 show.
To get the runway look, LaCeppe first evened out the skin with LeMetier de Beaute's Classic Flawless Finish Foundation and applied Classic Flawless Finish Concealer around the eyes and on any blemishes tocreate a clean, perfected complexion.
To mimic the natural flush created by brisk, winter wonderlands, LaCeppe applied Creme Fresh Tints in Poppyto the apples of the cheek.
To give the look dimension, LaCeppe use Bronzer Powder in Maldives Magic to contour the face by applying to the hollows of the cheek.
Eyelids were lightly dusted with True Colour Eye Shadow in Sequoia and thenline with the same shade. True Colour Eye Shadow in Sugar was applied to the inner corner of the eye to open and illuminate the eye.
LaCeppe created an exaggerated and angular brow by using Brow Bound Eyebrow Pencil in one shade darker than the natural brow.
