Day 1 Question: What's your New Year’s resolution? "My New Year's resolution is to go vegan. I've been a vegetarian for two and a half years and I feel like it's time to make the switch for good (since I've tried going vegan off and on in the past year). I know that if I can keep this resolution going, I will prove to myself and others that going vegan is worthwhile."
