Beauty Product Reviews

Before I couldn't understand why anyone would want to spend $14 or more on a bottle of nail polish. But just like any other cosmetics, you do pay for what you get. I honestly don't buy Butter London lacquers unless there's a buy 1 get 1 free deal at Ulta. Currently, I only have 5 shades but I love their formula! Unlike other polishes that last me anywhere from 3-6 days max, Butter London's lacquers can last to 7 days or more for me. I love not having to change my polish so often when I use Button London. If you're willing to spend the extra buck, go for it!

Even though this product is a little bit on the pricy side for such a small bottle, you'll know why it's worth every penny. You definitely pay for what you get. I started using the silk therapy after I got into flat ironing/straightening my hair almost everyday. I wanted my hair looking shiny and silky and this was one product that most salons like to put into your hair after they have straightened it for you. For me, I love the salon smell in my hair. I even got my mom who's in her 50's using this product. As I mentioned, yeah the small bottle is pretty pricy but it's not like you'll go through the whole thing quick. All you need is a dime sized amount or even smaller and you're good to go. You don't want to over do it, making your hair look super oily and greasy. The small bottles actually last me over a year.

Favorite shaving gel for shaving legs, hands down! I've never had any problems with this product nor any Aveeno product for that matter. My legs always feel smooth and silky after each shave using this. Never nicked myself nor got any razor burns unlike other products I've used before. And if you have sensitive skin like I do, this is the one you need to use!

I love EOS's lip balms so I figured I'd try out their shaving cream. Totally opposite impression! Not having your shaving cream not foam up was definitely different for me. Having what felt more like a lotion on my legs to shave off, it wasn't a great feeling. Yeah, it smells good and all but the overall outcome I was not impressed. Sure my legs felt soft and silky for a couple of hours after I shaved my legs, but once I go to bed after my shower and wake up the next morning, I could feel my leg hair stubbles already growing back. Yuck! Not using this product again.

I don't know how I was able to go on with wearing my makeup for long periods of time without The All Nighter spray. I didn't start using this product until around my birthday since I knew I was going to be out all night and most likely to be sweating. I didn't want my makeup melting off my face. Sprayed about 3 sprays as suggested and my face looked great the whole night! During the summer, even when I wasn't going to be wearing my makeup out for too long, I still gave a face a couple of spritz just to feel secure that my makeup wouldn't sweat off my face while in the sun.

I'm really behind on doing my reviews. I got the Naked2 Palette back in January and all I have to say is that if you love the first Naked Palette, you'll love this second one even more just as I do! The new shades along with more matte tones totally won me over. And with the new double sided brush, it saved me from using Q-tips to soften blotchy areas. Since the first Naked palette, I've been all for the nude shadows. Even my boyfriend loves the natural and neutral colors I've been using over the dark smokey eyed look. So if you have a guy that loves you looking natural, this is the palette to go for.

I absolutely LOVE Bare Minerals! When I found out that they came out with this new compact foundation, I had to go out and give it a try. I had to get one of the makeup artists at Ulta to match my skin tone and let me tell you, when she applied this product to my face, I was in love! If you love the feeling that the loose powder gives you, where you feel like you don't have anything on your face... you'll definitely love this Ready foundation, just in a compact. Sticking to Bare Minerals has got me not wanting to go back to my MAC Studio Fix.

When I was looking for a compact powder I could take with me on the go, Studio Fix was one that a lot of my friends suggested me to try. I liked the fact that I didn't have to mix shades like I have to with my Bare Minerals, so that was definitely a plus for me. It definitely gave me good coverage and served it's purpose. I would recommend this product if you're looking for a quick fix, something name brand but not too pricy, and if you're a MAC fan.

This is my absolute favorite body wash! Since my boyfriend and I have dry skin, this skin relief body wash helps rejuvenate our skin a lot! There is no scent to it, unlike their regular body wash (which we sometimes use if we cannot find the skin relief one). Although it may be a little pricy compared to other body washes, if you have sensitive skin... it's well worth the bucks! Aveeno is my ultimate favorite brand when it comes to skincare.

Love!

For kids with sensitive skin, this is a must have! I mentioned in a previous review on Aveeno Baby's Wash & Shampoo that I had my daughter switch from the pink Johnson & Johnson's to Aveeno, due to a skin reaction, which left my daughter's skin chapping and irritated. Since we switched to Aveeno, my daughter's skin has been so soft and smooth, just as a baby's skin should feel. My daughter is almost 3 now and her skin is so milky. She even loves moisturizing her body with this lotion after getting out of her bath.
