MILAN FASHION WEEK S/S 2012

It was a mixed bag of lingerie, lace, and patterns at Emilio Pucci for spring. Makeup artist Lisa Butler was by the collection when creating the smoky gold eye makeup. "It's eighties Madonna—very feminine and Gypsy-feeling," she said.

Lisa lightly applied MAC Face & Body Foundation and MAC Select Moisturecover to perfect the skin. MAC Eye Kohl in Smolder was applied through the upper lashline, waterline and lower lashline, with extra depth at the inner and outer corner of eyes. MAC Fluidline in Blitz and Glitz was smudged through MAC Eye Kohl in Smolder around lashes. Lisa applied MAC Cream Shadow in Venetian Tarnish Metal X over the upper and lower eyelids with fingers, making sure not to over blend. MAC Zoomblack Zoom Lash Mascara was applied through both upper and lower lashes to define. Makeup artists dabbed MAC Lip Balm in Hush Hush Tendertone (available Spring/Summer 2012) over models' lids right before the show. Brows were left natural and MAC Lip Balm in Hush Hush Tendertone (available Spring/Summer 2012) was blended over lips for a subtle, shiny nude.
