Kaley Cuoco
EMMY AWARDS, 2011
Makeup
Makeup artist Kayleen McAdams focused on Haley's gorgeous skin for her Emmy's makeup look. "She looked healthy and had just a little tan so I wanted to keep the focus on her dewy skin and softly defined features," said Kayleen.
Kayleen first prepped Kaley’s skin with Shu Uemura Instant Glow Skin Perfecting Cream. She used Make Up Forever HD Foundation in #123 as a base, and finished the skin with Shu Uemura Translucent Powder. For a glow, Kayleen applied Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Powder in Candlelight and NARS Blush in Luster on the apples of Kayley's cheeks. She created a smoky brown eye with Cle de Peau Beaute Eye Color Quad in #20, and lined the eyes with Shiseido The Makeup Accentuating Cream Eyeliner in Brown. She then defined the brows with Dior Eyebrow Pencil in Universal Brown and Anastasia Brow Powder in Medium Ash. She coated lashed with Chanel Inimitable Mascara in Noir and Ardell individual lashes. Kayleen finished the lips with MAC Lip Pencil in Subculture and MAC Lipstick in Peachstock.
Hair
Hairstylist Jen Atkin first prepped Kaley’s wet hair with TIGI Root Boost Mousse at the roots and Frédéric Fekkai Wave Spray. She used her fingers, not a brush, to dry Kaley's hair and create texture. She separated the crown section and put her hair up into a bun. She used Frédéric Fekkai Sheer Hold Hairspray to secure the texture, then pinned the top section back over the bun. For a more romantic look, Jen lightly pulled out hair on the side with a comb. She finished the style with Oribe Laquer Hairspray.”
Nails
Cuoco accented her black Romona Keveza dress with two-toned nails. She wore OPI Nail Lacquer in Over The Taupe on her all her nails, except on her two ring fingers, which were painted with OPI Nail Lacquer in Big Apple Red.
