HORRIBLE!! Why the hype?

I tried to love Zero. It was the least pigmented black pencil I ever used. My Milani LiquifEye pencil in black was 10x more pigmented, creamy, and budge proof at half the price. I tried using Zero as a base and my eyeshadow started to melt off, not just crease! It didn't even draw color onto my waterline. Actually, non of them do. I tried this as a basic liner on my lower lash line and it faded throughout the day. I don't understand why these are so popular.

Good, not life changing

I have a sample of this mascara. The thin rubber brush is amazing! I get every lash effortlessly. It also keep my lashes from clumping. I already had long lashes, and this makes them longer and feathery looking. It's a solid black formula. I can apply a good coat without feeling like it's clumping or going to mush all my lashes together. I just set it with black eyeshadow and it doesn't smudge or flake unless I'm having an unusual day. I'm not sure how it will hold up in the summer though. I really like it, just not in love with it to spend 20 bucks.

Good for the face, not under the eyes.

I bought this with the new kit that has the Smooth Operator Powder and the Maracuja Oil. This concealer was a good match for me. I have quite fair skin. I would say this is more medium coverage concealer. It conceals my blemishes and broken capillaries well over foundation. It doesn't work for underneath my eyes at all. I have genetic blue vein dark circles. This seems like it makes the dark circles shine instead of covering them up. I still prefer my OCC Concealer.

This is a miracle worker!

I got this in the new Spring Tarte collection, the one emphasizing skin. I was desperate for something to revive my skin after I had a bad dead dry skin reaction to the Boscia Little Black Book set. I normally use coconut oil at night to heavily moisturize my combo skin. I needed something with more power. Within 4-5 days my skin was back to normal! It soaks into the skin right away. If you're a person with constant dry skin, this is easy to use under makeup. However, once my skin was back to normal it was too heavy for me. I'd wake up with my face caked in extra oil. I'll keep this on hand for any harsh winters or bad skin reactions.

This is commercial brand primer that lasts the longest without creasing.

I was a faithful user of my Glamour Doll Eyes Control Freak Primer. Cosmetic names are such mouthfuls! It lasts me nearly 12 hours without creasing! Tarte lasts just as long. It's a thin lotion texture. However, it doesn't give me as much vibrancy of my shadows as the GDE primer or Too Faced Shadow Insurance (creases within 7-8 hrs on me). I would say that I'm impressed with it. I wish they'd bring back the Amazonian Clay primer. That was the best primer ever. Overall, I use this for easy travel and simple neutral eye look. I'm debating on purchasing a full sized tube.

I wish there was a waterproof formula!

This is a very intense black mascara! It really thickens my lashes without being horribly clumpy. I love the formula, and the standard brush isn't too big to use. It does however flake off very easily. I normally put my eye primer on my lashes with setting powder over them to prep my lashes. It helps a bit, but it really flakes throughout the day. I still love it though.

A must have!

I put my makeup on at about 7am. I wear any color lips, especially red, with this primer and it'll stay perfect until after I eat lunch. My lipstick, no matter the brand, will stay on through drink and eating a small snack. The color might fade a tad, but it stays in place. Nothing bleeds or fades unevenly with this. It's definitely worth the price!

Works great, but creases the fastest on me!

I got a sample of this. My shadows apply super vibrant over them without a base, more than my other primers. However, this also creases the fastest on me and badly. I always set my primer with a skintone color to help blending and prevent as much creasing as possible. My Tarte Creaseless primer and GDE Control Freak last about 10 hours without creasing. I can always use a base to pull ultimate vibrancy. Overall, this isn't my favorite, but works really nice. I've tried a lot worse!

Doesn't mix well with my oily skin

I can't say this is a horrible product. I just don't think it works too well with my extremely oily/combo skin. I tried a couple different foundations over it, and neither of them lasted more than 4 hours without separating on my face. It's a nice smooth creamy texture. I'm a person who needs a primer that makes my face cactus dry before putting on foundation. haha

The best lip color I have!

I bought the shade playful. This is the prettiest most unique shade I've seen in a while. It's exactly how it's described, a mauve pink with a hint of dusty purple rose. It's bright and playful without being in your face. This is a great color to spice up the boring office makeup or if you're daring to try some bold color. The formula is amazing. It's definitely matte, but moisturizing. I wear this with a lilac liner and it stays on through drinking and light snacking. The only flaw, which is tiny, that it can feel slightly sticky on the lips.
