It sounded so good on ELF.com

I imaged this product to smell like an orange cremesicle, and who would turn that down? I was very wrong when I recieved this product. It has a very overwhelming chemical orange smell to it and it doesn't taste too good either. I have to say that I do like the size of this product, it's good for putting in your pocket or purse. I could not get over the smell and taste of this product so it just sits around unused now. For the formula it does go on smoothly but it doesn't really condition or moisturize my lips. This is another product that I would not recommend from ELF.

TOTAL miss

This was a product that I purchased from my first ever ELF haul. I thought that this would be a nice and small product to carry around in my purse for touch ups and what not. The packaging is really cheap, it's this cheap plastic tube with a twist application which didn't work too well for me. Since I'm very fair skined I choose the suggested colour, but this shade has an orange tone to it (like a bad fake tan) and it's still too dark for my skin. The formula is really thick so it makes your skin look cakey and it does not blend out will. I have to say that the thing that threw me off the most about this product is the smell. It had this chemical orange smell to it. Definately save your money on this one.

Works great!

Initally when I bought this brush I just kept it laying around in my brush roll. Since then I've actually really liked using this brush. I find that it's is great for blending out the harsh lines of the crease and the outter V. This brush is quite full, and really soft. I love the shape of it, it gives me great control when blending eyeshadow. Sometimes I also use this to apply highlighter on my brow bone, which it does a great job. I would highly recommend this brush!

I thought it wasn't too useful at first

I bought this brush because I did not have anything like it. I thought that for the price it was great to try. This is a good quality brush, very soft, holds its shape and does not shed. I actually use this brush quite often. It's great for sweeping away fall out from my eyeshadows or my mascara (from combing them out). It is actually great for picking up all the fall out on my face and leaving the rest of my makeup in tact. Another way that I use this brush is to apply powdered highlighter above my cheeks, down the centre of my nose and on my cupid's bow. I find that the brush picks up a good amount of product and it is great for lightly sweeping the highlighter over the areas. Since it is in the faned out shape, that helps so distrubute the product so you don't have to go over the same areas more than once. If you have fall out or highlight your face this brush is worth giving it a try.

Good product

This palette give a good amount of shimmer and it is nicely packaged. I bought this palette to use as a highligher for my eyes. I found that I didn't really like the creamy texture for highlighting. Although there are 4 shades to this, they really go on just the same. I find that I actually like using this on my lower water line as a eye brightener. It does not bother my eyes (I do wear contacts) and it has a decent staying power. Also this product is great for the inner corner of the eye to give it a more woken up look. I think I perfer using powdered highlighters more than creams, but for the way I use this product I would recommend it.

Love!

I have tried these in a variety of colours and these have great pigment and most of the colours do go on true to colour. Usually with ELF nail polishes I do apply a base coat, 2 coats of colour and a top coat to seal everything. I find by doing that it helps to make the manicure last to about a week and a half without chipping. I find that I tend to like the lighter shades more than the darker ones. These nail polishes are a great price (I did not notice that the price has gone up for $1 to $2 now on ELF.com). The polish is quick drying and you get a good amount of formula in the bottle. The brushes don't streek and is a good size to cover the entire nail with just a couple of strokes. I also have had no problems removing the polishes with nail polish remover. The only colour that I have had a problem with is Punk Purple. It's a great colour to wear in the fall/winter, but even after applying a base coat this colour stained my nails. It left a red tint that only a nail buffer could remove (and not even all of the stain). I would recommend this product still, it's a great way to test out colours for a good price.

Miss

I very excited to find a cheap alternative to a liquid eyeliner. It comes in a common package and the brush is a small marker like hard tip. The colour does go on dark which is nice, but I could not get over the smell of this product! It just smells like chemicals! It takes a while for the formula to dry and set, so I wasn't too fond of that either. I'm also not a huge fan of the brush, I like using liquid liners with a small flexible brush, those tend to give you more control over the thickness of the line. This formula also isn't long lasting, you might need to set it with a matte black eyeshadow if you want to get longer wear of out if. There are many more better liquid liners out there, I would not recommend this one.

Great

I really liked this product, I thought that the packaging made it easy to throw it in your bag to use it on the go. The pen style tip make it easy to apply on your cuticles and there was no mess. The product doesn't really have a smell, which is nice. The formula is quite long lasting and it does keep your cuticles from flaking. I love using this at night, to keep my manicure longer lasting. The only thing is that there isn't a lot of product in the tube, but since it is $1 it is worth the purchase.

A miss

This was the first eye primer that I tried. I like how the product comes in a tube, makes it really easy to appy. This is a fairly creamy product that you have to blend into your lids well. I do have eyelids that tend to get oily throughout the day. The idea of a liner sealer was great too. This product does not deliver unfortunately. I found that after just a little while I still have creasing on my eyelids and it does not help to make my eyeshadow or eye liner last long. I would not recommend this product, save your money and invest in another eye primer.

Excellent

I love this brush, it's full, soft, holds it shape, it's cheap and does not shed. I use this brush daily, usually I use this to put a lighter shade of eyeshadow all over my lids. It picks up the perfect amount of product; it gives you total control of how much or how little product you want to pick up. I find that it's very good on packing on a shade in the middle of the eye lid (for a pop of colour). This is a definate must have in your brush collect. I have just placed an order for another one so that I can have an extra one laying around.
