Liquid Eyeliner

It glides on super easy and its so cheap the only flaw is you have to go over it a few times to get the perfect black. I love this liquid eyeliner!

GREAT liner for a great price!

I always see E.L.F. items on sale at Target, or they have holiday sets, so I picked up a 3 pack of liners for $3 !! It came with black, silver, and gold glitter. I've only used the black one so far and I LOVE it!! who new a liner for $1 could work so well! It stays on all day and it applies really easily. The brush applicator is perfect for creating winged or 'cat' liner. This is seriously bang for your buck!

My favourite liquid liner

I got this product as part of a large e.l.f. haul when I was trying the brand. I'm usually really iffy on liquid liners, because they always seem to chip, but this liquid liner is amazing! And it only costs one dollar! Only 4.5 stars because I will always prefer the kinda crayon-y pencil liners, but e.l.f. liquid liner is the only liquid liner I'll use.

Easy to apply and stays on all day without touch ups :) I've been buying too faced liquid liner just like this one, but now I can save a lot of money but keep the same great look. I love elf :)

staple in my makeup bag

For the price this product is amazing. I always keep it in my purse and use it often to line my upper lash line. I like the smooth application and the fact that its very pigmented.

Thumbs down

I'm not a fan of this liner at all. I felt like I was lining my eyes with a marker (the liquid liner was so thin like thin paint) and it bothered me that I could rub my eye and the liner peels itself off. I can't completely complain though, that's what you get for paying a dollar for your liquid eyeliner.

A great beginner's liquid liner.

I, personally love this product! It's great, because I'm just starting with liquid liners, and the price is wonderful! I have never experienced smudging or flaking with it, though sometimes it is necessary to go over my eyelid more than once to get the black color that I want. The stiffer brush helps for a steady application, but I think I would prefer a non-felt tip. A brush that bent to the shape of my eye could be a little more helpful, perhaps. But seriously, this is a great product!

Cheap, quick, easy to use!

I'm a liquid eyeliner FIEND and while I am devoted to my Anna Sui Gel Eyeliner, I like to have a secondary eyeliner in which I can do a super quick cat eye (it takes a bit more time for me with the Anna Sui). I usually line my eyes with my Anna Sui then add the cat eye with my ELF liner. The brush makes it super fast and easy to flick out and make even, every single time.

I will say, that it doesn't quite last all day and the black isn't as rich black as I would want it to be but it still does a solid job. Touch ups are definitely needed with this eyeliner if I do use it on my entire top eyelid but it's so cheap that it's good to have on hand should I run out of liner in a pinch!

I love the brush, and a little goes a long way!

I was skeptical because $1 eyeliner, I thought it would be a sucky quality, but I was totally wrong! Usually for drugstore I head to maybelline for all of my eye products, but being I was at an all time low on money, I headed down to the elf section and picked up this bugger. The brush looked a bit lengthy for my small lid size, but when applying it was steady, a perfect winged eye! I have to say though, I wish there was a tad bit more pigmentation, because sometimes after applying I need to go back a couple times and fill in places that have somehow disappeared from having the liquid liner. For $1, I'm totally changing my price habits! This stuff lasts on my eye, and for me doesn't smudge, and I tend to always touch my eye even when I have makeup on:P

I got this yesterday and I haven't used it alone on my eyes yet but I did test on my hand. After about a minute of letting it dry, I started to test it. I rubbed it and rubbed it and it didn't smudge, which really surprised me. I'm not sure why I was so set on expecting it to be all over the place, it didn't even move until I applied water. (Maybe the price of $1) I think for only a dollar it's a great product with a nice bold color. It works better than 90% of my pencil liners and I'm definitely going to get more if I can.
