Does exactly what it claims!
Usually when I try these speed dry top coats the drying part works, but it doesn't leave any shine. Kensington Caviar achieves both these tasks easily. Plus, the name sounds ultra classy :) Full review at <a class='textlink' href='http://amberlikes.blogspot.com/2011/12/sephora-vib-sale-part-2-nails-inc.html' rel='nofollow noopener' target='_blank'>http://amberlikes.blogspot.com/2011...</a>
I couldn't love this more <3
What gets me the most about this product is surprisingly not the too cool 3D effect you get on your nails, but how easy it is to achieve that result. You get this amazing nail art on your nails in no longer than it takes to just paint your nails normally. Not for me...
Didn't get anymore coverage out of this than I would have just a plain moisturizer. Also doesn't have a good shade range which sucks for my deeper-toned ladies out there. It does have SPF 15 though which is a plus. Volumizes pretty well, the rest is empty promises :(
The volumizing function on this product is pretty good. The lengthening function makes my lashes look worse. Even when I used it in conjunction with the volume position it makes that look worse. And in my opinion, the brush expanding/compacting thing is a useless gimmick. My new favorite macara!!!!
I bought this mascara as part of the Lash Hurrah set and have been using it everyday ever since. For my lashes, which are about medium length and pretty fine, the mascara gives me volume and length, but defines at the same time so no clumps. For me, it gives more of a "falsies" look than Maybelline Falsies. Awesome nude!
Great pigmentation, not sticky at all, and one of the few nude colors that maintain its true color and not making my lips look ashy. Lasting power is okay, not the longest-lasting but I don't mind reapplying. It is also very buildable, so going from sheer to opaque is easy as pie.
Gets the job done
It's a dollar and it works, what more can you ask for? Are there better primers? One word: Yes. Urban Decay Primer Potion rocks and I like the texture a little better, but it's $18. For $17 less, I'll be glad to put up with the slightly drier texture of the ELF one. However, I don't truly need primer for shadow staying power in my lids, so I'm not sure how someone for which staying power is a major issue will appreciate this item.
Pretty Awesome :)
These are great! It's so nice to be able to get the pigmentation of a lipstick without the heaviness, shine of a lipgloss without the stickiness, plus the moisture of a lip balm. If you have seriously dry lips like me, don't expect these to make your lips healthier, but they will make them look healthier for a little while. I picked up Candy Apple, Strawberry Shortcake, and Sugar Plum: so far so good. Although I wish Sugar Plum was as pigmented as the other too -- it takes a few more swipes to get the color to really show up.
