absolutely! i really love covergirl's intense shadow blast - it's a great product! i have it in forever pink, and i always use it on top of my udpp in eden and it makes me look really wide awake even if i've slept for a few hours haha (: they come in 6 colors, i believe, and they are really pigmented and because they have a primer built in so they really keep your eyeshadows lasting throughout the day. i haven't tried it without a primer underneath it (because i just always put a primer on anyway) but i'm sure that since there is a primer built in it would keep your eyeshadows on for just as long (: i totally recommend it! let me know what you think if you try it (:
