Awesome!

I have been using this for a while now. I love combining it with wet n wilds coverall cream foundation in the morning before work. It does a great job keeping me matte to dewey, I never feel oily in this setting powder. My face makeup typically looks pretty good when I leave after 9+ hours!

I made the mistake of switching to cover girls loose setting powder, once. Never again!

Ok

When I want something quick (aka running late for work and I need to do makeup at stop lights) this is sufficient. It does have really good coverage for a powder foundation when applied dry. I usually spritz a fine mist of filtered water to get rid of the powdery finish. None of the numerous shades match me perfectly, but it's good enough...at least it doesn't make me look orange.

It does not keep my face matte for much time, however. Not even dewey. I get very shiny even when I use a primer. I noticed that once I used a Benefit primer and NYX concealer underneath this foundation and after 2 hours (in dry 50 degree Fahrenheit weather) it all looked like it could have slipped right off my face. I do use an oil-control regimen from Clinique but this happened regardless. It very well could have been the other products (I am overall unimpressed with the other two) but like I said I've previously noted it's matte shortcomings.

I can't even.

This foundation is unbelievable for $4. I can honestly say it covers well. Sometimes I can even forego concealer on zits because it does such a good job.

I apply it first by smearing it on my face, then I take elf's flat powder brush and I blend. I set it with Rimmels stay matte powder in translucent. This system works better at lasting and keeping shine at bay than Lancôme makeup for me.

Okay...

Very smooth texture but does nothing to improve the appearance of my pores. It just ends up sinking in them and makes my face look like a golf ball. Also whoa, $32?

Wow!

Good wow: great mascara! I got a small tube in my bday gift from sephora and it works really well. Creates volume at lash roots without sacrificing lash definition.

Bad wow: I would never be able to sustain a supply... Too expensive.

Beat my expectations.

I was waiting for this product to let me down, I'm usually not a fan of Cover Girl cosmetics. To my surprise, my color did last a while throughout the day. I had to reapply it once or twice, but I was eating and drinking the whole time. Not bad! As opposed to other stains I've tried, I like the applicator a lot. It allows for precise application, but isn't too pointy. No streaks when I apply, no pain, and the color is very buildable and even.

BEST for removing makeup!

I've never tried a face wash like this one! Normally when I wash my face at the end of the day, I still need to take some makeup remover to the eye-area to get rid of the raccoon in the mirror. Not with this wash! It doesn't lather too much or too little and is worth its weight in gold. The only con is, like other facial cleansers, it's not cheap in-store.

Yes yes!

I love effective, affordable health and environment-conscious products! Yes to Cucs takes off my makeup very well. You can't expect any makeup removing towelettes to work with one light swipe, but I didn't need to expend any extra effort to feel clean again. I got a two-pack of the 30 towelette packages at Target for $10, great value.

Do not use your fingers to apply!

I am such a sucker for trying out new drugstore foundations, of course I had to try this one! (I skipped out on Maybelline's on purpose.) The coverage was just fine, very similar to their Color Stay foundation...maybe a bit better. Of course, with my skin, the main determinant of how well my face will look with ANY foundation is how much sleep I get the night before and how much water I've been drinking. I began to apply the product with my hands and quickly got overwhelmed. I switched to my foundation brush, and that was the key to my success! Not a bad foundation by any means, I'm glad I didn't waste my money on curiosity.

Short-lived and painful.

Applying this lip stain is an actual pain. I really dislike how pointed and sharp the felt application tip is, it is VERY uncomfortable. Further, the tip being so pointed left streaks when I went in to make the color of my lips uniform. Proclaiming longevity extending to 16 hours is silly, I think mine lasted one and a half tops (in a night of rigorous studying...no kissing or eating, just a few sips of coffee).
