Love how dark your lashes your get with this product! The wand lets you get coat all your lash hairs easily. It can get clumpy so be sure to do a light coat, let it dry, then build up from there!
favorite palette i've ever bought
Seriously in love with this palette. The packaging is too cool. The eyeshadows are so smooth and creamy, the pigmentation is amazing, and the colors work excellent together. You can wear it at work or on a night out. Another great feature on this palette is that the base colors are much larger than the rest. I always hit the pan with those colors first in a palette and it breaks my heart. Finally a palette that gets it!
Eos lips balms really just sit on your lips. I've tried the sweet mint, honeydew, and pomegranate. If they look a little dry, apply it and it won't. The product only makes your lips look okay but it doesn't feel like it's doing anything to prevent dry lips so I was applying it constantly. Definitely not a product for chapped lips. After having the balm for a couple weeks I noticed that the pomegranate scent changed and it smelt super waxy.
I've found that elf brushes are quite dense and durable. This brush in particular is flat so I'll use it with a little bit of setting spray and apply eyeshadows by dabbing it on. I usually use it to accomplish a cut crease look where the lighter/glittery eyeshadow lies - an area that doesn't need blending.
The quality of the brush is great. I've had it for months and the brush hairs have never come loose. It picks up a lot of product but is a little bit too dense to be a blending brush for darker colors in my opinion. It just doesn't appear as nicely blended out and doesn't allow colors to smoothly transition because the brush hairs are so tight together.
Sheer Highlighter
This highlighter is very sheer probably because it is meant for a more dewey look. My issue is with the brush that reminds me of something you would apply nail polish with. I've seen videos of people blending it out with their fingers onto their cheeks and let me tell you it looks patchy and is quite messy. My solution is dabbing a few dots of the product where you want your highlight and using Urban Decay's Good Karma Optical Blending Brush to smooth the product out. Again it is sheer so I'll add a powder highlight on top but you can certainly leave it as is.
