BEST LIP BALM EVER!

In a nutshell: I've had this for literally a day and I've already made up my mind that I'm going to buy more. This is one of those products that I want to stock up on because I'm afraid it will suddenly disappear and then I'll spiral into a deep depression (okay I'm being dramatic) but this stuff is good. I have been using a stick of Carmex just because it's cheap and strong but I honestly can't stand the smell of it and it's very thick and waxy. I got the JB Lip Balm in Grapefruit and Ginger and it has a very light smell that's not too strong, it's quite pleasant. After hearing everyone RAVE about this, including xSparkage, I wanted to give it a go and here I am, going crazy over the stuff. It's very silky smooth and it feels like it actually sinks into your lips instead of just sitting on top of them. Something very unique about it is that even though it sinks into your lips, it stays on! You know how some products will sink in, but you have to keep reapplying over and over? I went to bed with this lip balm on, and when I woke up it was still there. I'm in love.

LOVE

One of my friends bought me my first Sugarpill product for Christmas, a loose eyeshadow in Goldilux. The only thing I have to say is: how did I ever live without Sugarpill? You get literally TOO MUCH product (not a bad thing!) I can't see myself using the entire jar. I will never run out. You need literally nothing on your brush, seriously I apply it by just using the residue on the inside of the jar's cap. Goldilux is such a beautiful gold color, you can use it anywhere and make it work.

My favorite brushes

I have the Mrs. Bunny kit. These are my favorite brushes to use. They apply makeup beautifully, and they are easy to clean. I especially love Sigma because when I got this kit, the little eyeliner brush was shedding really bad, bristles falling out, so I emailed Sigma about it and they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions whatsoever! I thought that was really special and I value companies that provide hassle-free customer service. Anyway, the cherry on top of these amazing brushes is the ADORABLE packaging and design. Pink and blue!

Doesn't break me out like Dream Matte Mousse

I have used the Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse and I really liked it, but I couldn't use it because it broke my skin out pretty badly. Finally, something similar! Don't get the wrong idea, it's not the exact same formula or texture as DMM. It is more dense and not as airy. It gives very good coverage! The only downsides are the smell (which isn't so bad if you can ignore it) and the fact that it pretty much HAS to be set with a powder because otherwise it feels a bit tacky on the skin for a while after application.

Love It

I use this palette just about every time I do my makeup, whether I'm using it to do my whole look or just a few colors. I do not own the original Naked palette because when I was faced with the two, I already had some of the colors in the Naked palette from my Book of Shadows. Overall, I really love this palette. I do kind of wish that more of the colors were matte, but either way, I still get a lot of use out of it. I like that there are a variety of colors so I can have my pick of day or night looks.

Easily one of my favorite foundations

I've always meant to try the original Loreal True Match foundation, but when I found Lumi I decided to try that instead because it appealed to me more in several ways. First of all let me say that I love the pump. The foundations I have been using recently (Revlon Colorstay and Colorstay Whipped) don't have a pump which is kind of offputting but I make it work. Lumi is kind of runny so if you prefer foundations that are less liquid-y I would suggest trying something different. I like it though, because I use a stippling brush to apply it and it works wonderfully. The finish makes my skin look so dewy and the color is healthy and sunkissed.

I can bring my Book of Shadows without bringing the book!

I got this palette to put my Urban Decay shadows in because the bulky Book of Shadows was an inconvenience. What can I say that hasn't already been said? I just received it in the mail today and I'm already in love. I got it in lavender. From the color and subtle sparkles to its sturdiness, I'm very pleased.

Quickly became my favorite

This is currently my favorite perfume. It lasts all day and night, and it's not too much. I feel like it just tops off my entire look for the day, no matter what I'm going to do.

Just not for me.

I don't think this is a bad product, but I have to give it 2 stars because it didn't do anything for me. It smells decent and it makes my face feel fresh though!

Likable

I bought mine in Quenched (blue and pink packaging). It's clear, and I got it mostly because I was looking for something to moisturize my lips rather than give them some color. I'll give it 4 stars because it smells good, tastes good, and keeps my lips slick for the most part, BUT it didn't really "heal" my chapped lips and I had to keep reapplying it.
