Do you guys break out around your "time of the month"?
If so is it before, during or after?
Cause I have a huge problem with it and I'm wondering if it's normal and if you guys have any suggestions or experiences on you deal with it? Thanks

Sometimes and yea it's completely normal! Us females have our hormones flying around at the time of the month so yes it's extremely normal x

I definitely do!
I'm on the depo shot, so I don't technically have a "time of the month", but right before & after I get my shot I definitely break out a little. it's because of the hormone changes your body experiences during that time.
you can try PMS pills or a low dose birth control to keep the hormones under control. for cleansers, I found OXY pads & the Garnier toner really helpful.
hope I could help c: xox

I do, like crap! ugh... my skin usually looks a little bit dull and zitty during that time, so I exfoliate every day and wear a good concealer!

Regulary. It is... Ugh. I hate it so much. When I got zits during my period they are reder than a tomato. I get them during a period or a little before or after it. And I hate it so much. Because scars always stay after that break out. Luckily it wasn't so hard attack this month. And how to stop it? It is the hardest mission of all. Avoid chocolate and sugar. During and around that time I am like crazy for sugar. I would go to the end of the world for it. That is a big problem. Avoid everything which is to salty or sweet.
