Cold metal spoons work like a charm! put them in the freezer the night before, and in the morning you can put them on your eyes for 5 minutes before you do anything else, and that should help.

Cold spoons or rubbing an ice cube (covered in a washcloth) on your eyes.

They have eye masks you put in the freezer or fridge, you could get one and put it on for a couple minutes each morning. I use mine for when I have headaches mostly but it helps with eye issues too.

I've never tried this product but I heard the eye freshener from elf works good.

Elevate your head slightly more than normal when you sleep.
Drink Green Tea..it's a natural antiinflammatory
(you can use wet Green Tea bags on your eyes)
Cold spoon
Caffeine eye roller - soothes and depuffs

Cold spoons! My ex-best friend used to have the same problem.
