Cerave foaming cleanser and moisturizer and a tee tree toner

Check with your doctor before you use/change anything about your skin care. Cerave and cetaphil have toxic chemicals that could potentially harm babies (according to my obgyn). :) I also have a recipe for a tomato face mask that helps A LOT with oily skin and with continuous use it balances out the skin's pH (thank you lycopene!) If you're interested just let me know :) I hope this helped

Really? Products used on the skin can harm babies? My mum is a gynec herself and she wouldn't agree. Tea tree toner is toxic when ingested, but you can definitely use it on the skin since products used on the epidermis are not absorbed by the bloodstream. If you're looking for an organic skin care line, Burts and bees have great products to reduce oiliness, but they're just to ensure that your own skin doesn't develop any harsh reactions from chemicals, it wouldn't impact the foetus. Since a lot of years our mums and grandmums have used chemicals, mine did, and there hasn't been any research showing adverse effects of skin care products on the current generation. With all due respect for natural methods, I think going paranoid over chemicals isn't right either.

And I second Cera Ve foaming cleanser and moisturiser, because with the oiliness caused by your pregnancy hormones, you would inevitably need a stronger help than DIY stuff.

Whoops! Didn't mean to be 'antsy' at all, I just think its a bit too much when everyone is like, don't do this cuz its so bad all the time! Chemicals have been used by ladies since centuries and if I am not wrong you and I turned out fine lol.
