Hello ladies, I've completely damaged my hair and it's literally beginning to fall out. If you could please recommend me any products to purchase that would help my hair growth, and build it back up I would greatly appreciate it!

I agree with coconut oil, I put it in my hair before bed and braid my hair then wash it out thoroughly in the morning. I love it for my hair and completely transforms ir.

Unfortunately, genetics and often health dictate hair growth. You can do your best to minimize future damage and try to get your hair in the best shape you can, however. I'd begin with a serious trim and (if you don't already own one) using a Wet Brush. I agree that a few hours a week of Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil on the shaft (avoiding the scalp) is beneficial. I highly recommend the Pravana Nevo line for shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in spray. It is brilliant and within just a few uses, you will see amazing results.

Garnier Fructis has some nourishing hair oils and treatments you can use. I also suggest the Organix Moroccan Argan oil line, including the nourishing serum in that line.

Try loreal extreme repair mask! (It's yellow) it does wonders! Makes hair soft and stronger and I see fewer split ends!

Do you wash the coconut oil out with shampoo and conditioner? Or just water?

Shampoo and a light conditioning. I rinse twice with my sulfate-free shampoo. Since using my Pravana Nevo, I don't need to do the Coconut Oil but once a month now. I only shampoo once a week, so it's been easy.
