This isn't the best strategy but I kind of tug of the eye for a straight line and glide the pencil as close as I can to the lashes, but this can create wrinkles and stuff around the eyes so not recommended unless you must.. For me I rarely wear eyeliner 😜

You might want to look up some tutorials on google or youtube. Both would show a wide variety of looks and styles.

I would recommend getting gel liner to start of with I find it more easier to work withthen liquid, as for how to do it the pictures up top give a good idea lol.

You can also try pen liners to help you with the outline and then fill in with a brush or gel liner. but go from the closest to your nose towards the end of your eye. holding my eye in a straight line works great especially with liquid liner.

I'd say start out with eyeshadow and an angled brush, its easy to wipe off it you make a mistake and just dip the brush in a bit of water so more eyeshadow gets on. I find that it was the easiest way for me to learn :) but try different products, brushes, and pens, see which ones work best for you!

Put your elbow on your counter to steady your hand if you can.
