Of course! I actually did it last night with a pink lip liner I bought from Cover girl. I patted some of my translucent powder overtop & it lasted far longer than any lipstick I've ever tried. I don't think I'll be using lipstick anymore xD

Yes you definitely can, it looks fine :) I usually just use a clear Chapstick overtop to blend the lines into my lips, and make it more even. But you could also just use your finger

I do that for red a lot! I really love red lips but red lipstick can get messy. So I line and fill my lips with my lip liner and I'll add a light coat of gloss! I think it looks great and just using lip liner is also a great way to give your lips a matte look! Also, I've noticed that in my area there are a lot of different shades while I can't find all of them in lipstick so it gives more options and I think just lip liner lasts longer!

I do it tooo it just makes your lips kind of dry so be sure to use a lip scrub to exfoliate before doing so

Hell yes you can! I do it all the time, I find it creates a great base for the lippy to stick to the lips and not bleed off the lip! I recommend(if you don't already have) getting a neutral lip gloss, pink (red based) lippy and a orangey/peach. That way you'll be able to mix and match with all your lip liners :)

You can it just gets really drying and fades faster because it's not meant for that purpose, so keep that in mind.
