Building your dream "Girl Cave"...

I love looking at people's personal private spaces to see what they consider their "Sanctuary"... so much that I often get side-tracked from my makeup obsession to oogle organizational ideas, dream walk-in closets, gorgeous vanities, etc...

So my question is: "What would YOU want in your own personal girl cave?"

I DEF. want a walk in closet w/ a long vanity table to spread out all my stuff on... with a wine fridge underneath to store a nice cool beverage for me while I get ready, or help preserve my liquid creams and foundation products. A wide open space so I can share this area with at least one other person comfortably would be nice.

What are some extra perks you would want in your own personal space? Post inspiration photos if you have any!  =)

Considering I rent a room in a small house with paper-thin walls... I want space and sound-proofing in my girl cave! =D

I would like some nice windows, because I like having natural lighting as the main source of light in my room, and plenty of storage space. A good sound system would probably be necessary and honestly I think I would rather it be more of an office/filming space rather than closet space. I'm not a shoe/clothes/purses girl, I do love fashion and all that, but I don't see the need to have a million things I might wear once or twice and forget about. Plus, I'm also a bigger girl who does not wear heels unless she has to, so my shoe collection isn't that large either, but I can't live without my desk and studying/reading space, so I would need to have that.

I guess that's it, sound kind of boring since I mainly want my own office/studio but it's what I'd like to have but know I can't anytime soon.

I would love to have a room to myself . My own Dressing room lol. A beautiful huge vanity with storage that would hold everything and more. Closets that ran along the walls with sliding doors. Closet for shoes that has a transparent doors. A small marble island. I would love if the whole ceiling was a big ol huge skylight : ) oh and one wall would have to be a mirror the WHOLE wall lol.

I wish my whole apartment was a Woman Cave. My boyfriend prevents me from getting anything too cute or girly and flower prints and pinks are never an option. He always leaves his dirty socks and shoes all over the apt (to a point where i've started hiding them from him haha). Le siiiigh.

I would love to have my walk in closet be mine and only mine. I would have a vanity with a mirror and a special place for all of my make up, jewelry and accessories. Not to mention, the lighting in there would be phenomenal. Shoe shelves galore for all my heels. Purse shelves for my designer bags to have space to breathe. And of course a huge gorgeously framed floor length mirror.

There would be a small space for my dog, yes he has his own clothing and tons of leashes& collars too (What? a dog loves having options too!), and he would have his own bed in there as well (He currently hangs out in my laundry basket when i'm not home).

I don't know if you saw Khole Kardashian's closet (I think it was hers), but something like hers. I want a BIIIIIG "cave" probably the size of a master bedroom. LOL It will be a walk-in closet, make up room, and overall my "sanctuary".

The walls would be lined with shelves to put my clothes, my shoes, and my bags in. I'd have an "island" in the middle just to put more junk on there, or just because. I want posters of inspirational women hanging in there too. I want a nice WHITE vanity! One that lights up on the side.

I don't mind those bed type of couches in there too, with a small fridge, and a 60 inch tv. LOL Afterall, it'll be big as a master bedroom. LOL
