in what order do you apply your face? ive been watching tuts all day and alot of them do face first and then eyes. myself i prefer to do my eyes first and then face.

There's really no right or wrong way, but I do my foundation first to make sure it's blending around my eye and mouth area before I apply anything to those. If there is any fall-out or boo-boo's, I just clean it up with a foundation brush or concealor.

I usually apply my moisturizer first and while it gets absorbed I apply my eye makeup. If I end up having any eyeshadow fall out, I'm able to wipe it all off before applying my face makeup.

I apply my moisturizer then foundation. Then I do my eye makeup and after that I do my concealer to cover up any fallout. After all of that, I apply my setting powder then I go ahead with my contour, blush and highlight.

My typical makeup routine is: toner, serum, moisturizer, foundation, concealer, eyebrows, eyes (eyeshadow + eyeliner + mascara), blush, bronzer, and lips! If I'll be doing a dramatic eye with lots of colors, I place a tissue under my eyes to catch the fall-out. But Soma is right, there is no wrong or right way...just your own preference! :)

After my morning face routine (cleanse, moisturize, eye cream) I do my eyebrows, eyemakeup and then concealar, powder foundation and lips. The reason I do my eyes first is so I can clean up any fall out without wiping away my undereye concealar or foundation. And I do my brows first, cause I think it just makes my face look more put together lol.

Typically...
* Cleanse, tone and moisturize
* Primer
* Undereye concealer/corrector
* Regular concealer
* Foundation
* Eye makeup (e/s primer, e/s, liner, curl lashes, mascara)
* Loose powder to set makeup
* Blush
* Lips
I've been applying my normal concealer before foundation because the one I've been using is darker than my skintone. But now I have one that matches better, so that will likely come after foundation now. During summer (and when I'm in more of a rush), primer and foundation may be replaced by tinted moisturizer.
