i'd say for drugstore makeup brands, checkout drugstore.com. they have a lot to choose from and are pretty quick in shipping. for higher end brands, i'd check out nordstroms.com because they have free shipping/returns and have great customer service if any of your makeup products don't work out for you :)

Folica.com always has a really good GWP or online coupon code deal for hair products and tools.
Beautyticket.com is another good site. I got a bunch of Youngblood and Smashbox lipsticks for $5 ea. during their birthday sale last year. Shipping was fast and prompt too.

Yeah I am a fan of Urban Decay on facebook and the day before they announced the Friends & Family sale they were really big on using the word "Naked" so people thought that they were coming out with Naked Palette 2. It really was just that they were including all Naked products in the sale this time :)
