Definitely Jasmine (jazziebabycakes) and Risa (MakeupbyRisa). Risa hasn't made any new videos in a while, but if you go through her old stuff, she has some amaaazingly bright stuff! Also Josh (petrilude) has really awesome bright stuff as well, in addition to what everyone else has said.

I agree with everyone with xsparkage, jazziebabycakes, & NikkieTutorials. My favorite currently would have to be NikkieTutorials. We're on the same page as far as our loves for smokey & bold eyes. :)

Aww thanks guys so much :) I appreciate it! I really love Heather a.k.a. Sokulum79 for bright looks. She's so awesome! For how to do brights and glitters, I always go back to one of my closest friends Josh, a.k.a. Petrilude. He wears glitter all the time and really knows what he's talking about when it comes to making it stay, how to take it off, etc.

Thank you ALL for your input on who to watch! Especially to Heather, for linking me her fav videos!
I've just started buying bright makeup and it's completely alien to me since I am so used to dramatic smokey eyes and neutrals. This will def. be something fun and new for me to do now that I've just received my Sugarpill order!
<3 all of you!
