Manic panic is one of the best and if you want to keep in the color longer ( you know it fades over time) buy a hair color masque

Definitely #1. It has various colors and looks prettier. It'll also go better with your cool tones and fair skin. I've tried this color before and have fair skin with cool tones myself and it was very complimentary so you should definitely try it :) It'll be beautiful!

I like 1 but since you are paler I think you'd look best in 4. It's a really pretty color.

Go for a violet color, bright purples tend to look too bright and more of a pink. Punky colour is the best purple I can find that stays the longest, salon dye (Pravana) washed out really easily for me (about 3 weeks) the punky colour you can touch up when you need to, and it stays well.
