Its not going to be easy to just pick a picture and die your hair purple. it depends what shades your hair already has and if you bleach It more or just leave it as is and add the color.
I used N'Rage when I had purple hair, I liked it because it was easy to apply. manic panic is also a good brand. but in order to keep your hair looking vibrant either you don't wash it for a few days at a time or you re color it after it starts to fade.

Manic panic is NOT the way to go!! It washes out in just a few days, unless your going for the faded washed out look in #2
If not then go with some thing more long lasting!
Check out the Scream brand at Cosmo Prof. Online and when you find a color you like then call the salon and see if they can get it in for you because you can only purchase items from there if you have a cosmetology license.
Or check out some other brands at Sally's as well, don't just get the unnatural stuff you find at hot topic. Unless your willing to spend lots of money to continuously keep up with a fresh colour.
I think 2 or 4 would suit your skin tone better because you have a cooler under tones in your skin so it would also complement your eyes better.
If you go with choice #1 then your hair is going to fade into a pink/magenta colour which is just going to look awkward because it won't be a nice color either /:
But also choice #4 would look nice on you as we'll because over time that colour will also fac

I got purple streaks once and we did not have to call in it looked black but when the light shined on it was purple.

I would bring a vegetable dye just because they're easier on your hair and if for some reason you don't like it, it's not the end of the world if it fades sort of quickly. Manic panic and special effects are suggested by most hair dye junkies. I've only used manic panic because it's easier to find.

Don't use manic panic! It washes out really quickly and leaves your hair feeling waxy. My sister currently has purple hair an has had man different colours in the past. She likes the brand Ice cream, but it may be a but more hard to find. Maybe you could o to a hairdresser or call one and ask what woul be the best brand to get :) good luck!
