You should do 1 or 3. If you do a lighter purple you might have to bleach your hair first.

Nr 3 definetly having pastel hair takes much more work and I also felt like I couldn't wear al colors and there for couldn't wear some of the clothes that I had and loved.

Also you would have to bleach your hair if you wanted nr 2 and to make sure your hair doesn't damage to much you would have to wait a little while before putting the purple dye in.

1, I've had my hair purple and I have blue green eyes. and depends on what salon. I went in, talked to someone about it, made an appointment and then just went to the appointment the next week.

3 or 4, I used to have 3, when I went to get it done I had to bring my own hair dye, it could save a lot of time, just find the best one you can get. I had to have my hair bleached because I have very dark hair, the first time it fades super fast, but you could mantain it at home so it's not that expensive, but if you need to get it bleached go to a salon no matter what.
