Maybe you just have to keep re-applying it everyday and then progress of hair color change will occur.

Don't use Sun in!! It's damaging to hair and if it does change the color it will be orangey and gross.

I have sun-in but I have the lemon one. It says to apply it to damp/wet hair and to be in the sun for two hours after...also blow drying it should work out okay...but the main idea is for your hair to dry in the sun.

It's not going to work on your hair :/ your hair is too dark. You see, one of the main ingredients in sun-in is Hydrogen Peroxide, thus the lifting action. However, that can only get a couple levels of lift. So since your hair is so dark, nothing is going to happen...and if it does..it will be more like a dark orange color. Sun-in really isn't that great for anyone, but if someone is going to use it, its best if their hair is already light brown or a dark blonde. Hope that helps! :]
