Those are gorgeous! I didn't see your post yesterday, but I want to tell you that you are beyond talented. I used to be an art student and there were times I got discouraged and felt like I lost my creativity. It stinks to be in a funk.

Thank you so much for your comment Bonnie! I totally see where you are coming from. I actually painted the thorns using a glitter, the leaves are the green polish, but I definitely could have executed it better and made it more obvious. Thank you for the tips :) You are too sweet, I really appreciate everything about your comment!

I feel like (coming from an artistic point of view) that you could add some visual interest and rhythm having varying thicknesses in the thorns because I thought they were leaves. for example dipping a needle into the nail polish or a tiny brush to paint. you can even add details in leaves for the future and vary the dot sizes as well :) BUT in all honesty I don't comment a lot on posts but it's always wonderful seeing your work here...beautiful nails from a beautiful girl haha.
