BB creams! I also love my ELF stippling brush, it rivals my $55 foundation brush!

Tinted moisturizer. I'm not a fan of foundation, but it gives me just a little bit of color to even out my skin tone. I love it.

Personally, I don't think it's the makeup products in itselves that make the difference, it's the skill of the person who is applying that product that makes the difference. Anyone can go and buy a foundation that costs 50 pounds, but if the person does not know how to apply it well, it can look bad. But a person with skill can go and buy a cheap drugstore foundation costing 3 pounds and make it look good. Same as a person with a good level of skill in makeup application can make a Maybelline blusher look as good as a (for example) NARS or Urban Decay one.
That being said, it also can be due to the ingredients used in the products, however there are alarming similarities between drugstore and high-end makeup in terms of ingredients
