It's your body! So what makes you happy. People I know tell me tattoos make girls look butch, slutty, bitchy, dirty. It's so stupid to me. I love tattoos so I got them. If you really want it then do it for yourself.

I personally find tattoos beautiful and art(: if done right. And i have so many planned, but this will be my first and in memory of my bestfriend who i lost over the summer to a car wreck.

It doesnt ruin your beauty, as long as its not on the face. Face tattoos aare disgusting.
Im planning on getting a weeping willow tree on my ribcage in hunter green, plum & black ink. A decaying butterfly falling into full & broken hearts in neon yellow, pink, seafoam green and sky blue ink with purple lining on my shoulder closer to my breast and a male peacock feather on my inner arm or outter thigh

Tattoos are art pieces we wear on our bodies. Some people prefer to buy art & hang it on their wall while we like to portray it on our bodies 😊 just no face tats or tramp stamps & you're good

Tattoos look good until u grow old. When ur skin's thinner and possibly more wrinkly, the tattoos look like a huge bruise :/

Just remember that placement matters. A location that can be easily covered by clothing in any situation is ideal, because you never know if one day you will have a job where it must be covered. You don't want to end up having to wear a turtle neck in the summer just because your job has a no tattoo policy and nothing else will cover it. ;) I think that it is a beautiful tribute to your loved one and would make a lovely tattoo.

A quick note if you decide to do it: please research artists in your area and find out their sanitation procedures. It can be tedious to go to a bunch of different studios and ask, but well worth it. Every state has different requirements, but most require artists to use new needles, as well as autoclave sterilization. Blood-bourne pathogens can be found inside of various parts of a tattoo gun, which is why sterilization is critical. Aftercare to prevent infection is important too, but for sure check the cleanliness first.

Tattoos arent ugly or cute, they are SEXY!! The only people that ever have a problem with mine are my family, but even they admit that they do like them after all. I have never once had anyone tell me that i look slaggy or dirty or common. I love it when im out down town, and men and women want to talk to me and compliment my tattoos. At my first year in my job i was always covered up by my clothes, everybody thought i was just a normal sweet girl, till the summer came and i showed more skin, people started talking to me more, and realised maybe there was a bit more to me than the person i have to be at work.

i like them but i wouldn't have one done myself because of how they look when your older, and they fade. tattoo's or personal i think, so just do it! you can always get it redone:)

And I'm pretty !!!..sure..... by the time you're 80 your tattoo will be the last thing on your mind LOL. My dad is 78 and has a tattoo,never talks about it, doesn't regret it, and it never comes up. His main focus and topics of discussion is either aches and pains or he forgot LOL.
Everyone is going to get old, and wrinkly,maybe you'll just be more colorful then other old wrinkly people lol. I duno, I usually get talked out of getting more tattoos when people say "how are you gonna feel about this when you're your moms age?"(or something to that extent) and I think about all the stuff people are going thorough..(that are older) and a tattoo is probly going to be the least of your worries. So long as your placement is good, i'm sure you'll be fine.
I have a tattoo on my right shoulder blade and sometimes until i actually see it, i forget it's there. Don't regret it, and it really never comes up in conversations much. Best advice, research what places youre looking into getting your work done, go in, take a look around, ask questions, they don't mind, if you feel safe and comfortable in the place and with the artist of your choice I say go for it!

I honestly love tattoos...but before you get do the wedding dress test...this means to make sure if you get a tattoo before you get married make sure it can be hidden by your future wedding dress...no one likes a beautiful bride covered in words
