What's your opinion of getting a Tattoos?

Don't listen to others - it's your choice and aslong as your happy with it what does it matter? It's for you, if it has a meaning and you've chose carefully about what you want and why you want it them well frankly who has the right to say you shouldn't get one etc ... Get it done cos you want it done not because others say you should or shouldn't :) xx

i am bias i have thirteen i like tattoos however when i first started getting them i didn't have much money so the first few i have don't look great and i regret them. I am hopefully getting the rubbish ones covered up or lazered off so what i would say is make sure you get it done by a top tattooist.

Tattoos are a personal statement either to the world, or just to yourself. I personally find them to be beautiful if done well. It is your decision ultimately, and if you feel that it is the right thing for you to do, than do it! I've been having this same problem coming from a very religious family who frowns heavily upon tattoos, but I really feel that it is something that I need for myself, and if you feel the same go for it. Just DO YOUR HOMEWORK! Learn all there is to know about tattoos and the process to get them, find a reputable artist and shop, and get it done properly.

I think they are okay when they're not on your face or completely cover your body. You could very likely regret getting one. If it really has a meaning to you then make sure it's a meaning you'll always cherish. Good luck !

Tattoos will only ruin your body if you let them and by that I mean covering your body with tacky and meaningless ink.
As long as you're getting them for your own reasons and they mean something to you, I don't see a problem.
It's your body, you should decorate it as you see fit!
I am a little biased though, because I love tattoos and want more myself lol

Love tattoos and have several. My personal opinion is to think over what you want for quite a while, research tattoos and tattooers to find a really good one and get it someplace you can keep covered if you have to.

Just think of your body as a blank canvas. You can choose to leave it like that, as a pure sculpture, or you can choose to transform it into a work of art, whether it's by putting your favourite clothes on, by fully painting your body cian blue, or by getting a tattoo. First of all, i think you should wait 5 years or so after you've decided what you want to get. If you havent changed your mind by then, then i guess you can get one. But it has to be meaningful. It has to symbolize something personal or something you feel strong about. Don't just do random tattoos cause you think its pretty, cause you might not find it that beautiful or "cool" a few years later.
