If you're lips are really chapped, rather than just dry, I wouldn't recommend something waxy like Burts Bees or EOS. I like to use softer products, like Blistex (medicated when my lips are cracking) or Nivea (touch of softness and touch of smoothness are my favorites)

Burt's Bees for sure! And drink lots of water and eat your veggies. My lips flaked like crazy until I became vegan, thus eating more veggies ahaha <3
