Products For Chapped Lips?

I have the same problem. NOTHING seems to work for my chapped lips.nothing. I exfoliate my lips first to get rid of the dead skin, then I apply Burt's Bees and it seems to work for up to 4 days then I have to repeat the procedure again.

Also the rose salve from bath and body works REALLY well.
