I love elf set spray. I usually put on my foundation then powder it and I spray like two times when I'm done. so I powder before not after.

The only way you're gonna know for sure is if you try it and find out. We're not you, so we're not gonna know whether or not a procedure really works for you. If you use the setting spray and feel like you don't get oily and your foundation still looks good, then don't worry about the powder.

Setting spray is the last item your going to use, once your done with all your make up.
