Love this blush!

I've been having trouble finding a matte powder blush- it seems every blush on the market has a shimmer that clashes with my oily skin and makes me look greasy. This one doesn't- I have the blush in "romantic rose," which is a nice matte pink that leans more toward cool and actually looks like my natural flush when I put it on. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a brush, but that's small in comparison to FINALLY having a matte powder blash that looks good.

good for subtlety

I like this brow gel quite a bit. It's good for making brows look thicker and fuller, something I desperately need. I have ghost brows (too pale for words), and lately they've been getting waxed too thin, so brow gel is essential to make them darker, thicker, and fuller. This one's quite nice, though the brunette shade doesn't match my hair anymore now that I've gone red. I suppose I'll pick up the auburn shade and see how that fares.

difficult to work with

First things first. It's very difficult to get this out of the tube. I had to squeeze and squeeze until it all came out at once and I had way too much. It's very thick and hard to spread, even after warming it with my fingers. I know it's a full coverage concealer, but this stuff is way too thick. The light shade was too light for my ultra pale skin and the concealer pilled under my eyes. The only saving grace is that it's good for covering pimples if your shade's not too light.

doesn't budge

This stuff is great for long days. It doesn't move unless you take it off with an oil-based makeup remover for waterproof eye makeup. It also comes in a nice blue-black shade, which is a most for making my eyes look bright, less red, and more awake during a long day.

Very glossy and smooth

I love this stuff. I discovered it over the summer, and it allowed me to have a red lip without the unnecessary heaviness that's the last thing you need in summer. It's also glossy but doesn't slide around in the heat, which is always nice.

Too glittery and dark

This bronzer is very shimmery. All the shades in the compact have some form of glitter, and it's very easy to look greasy instead of illuminated. I already have oily skin, and this level of shimmer does me no favors. I look like a stripper when I wear this, and it's not a flattering look.

Perfect!

I love this setting spray! It's perfect for helping makeup stay put on my oily skin. I often have 12+ hour days as grad student, and thanks to this stuff, my makeup stays put and I look put together.

problems aplenty

I really wanted to like this powder. Sadly, I had problems using it with a brush (the powder only comes out if I use my fingers on the screen thing), and it refuses to blend. I look even more like a ghost than I already do! Not impressed, and I won't be buying again.

really helps with a bold lip

I love using this if I'm wearing a bright lip. It helps the color stay put and not feather or slide across my face or onto my glass. It loses one star because the applicator is kind of awkward if you have full lips.

nice but could be better

This highlighter's just kind of okay. It's nice, but I really have to apply a lot of it. It illuminates my face, but it's really subtle, which I only like sometimes. If I want it to really show on my fair skin, i have to apply a ton, and it's a fine line between illumination and tin man.
