Beauty Product Reviews

Everything you've heard is true.

This is the palette to end all palettes. The colors have awesome payoff and they're incredibly versatile. I keep coming up with different combinations of shadows to use and they're all beautiful, you can mix and match all you like! I also really love that the product looks expensive. I'm not about to spend a whole bunch of money on something that looks cheap. But this product, in function and in form, is worth every penny.

Love it!

These pencils are amazing. They're great to add depth and staying power to any shadow look and they look awesome on their own. I especially love the Milk shade for highlighting under the brow and in the inner corner of the eye. I'd love to try all the colors and will definitely repurchase the ones I already have.

This stuff is amazing. I live in a place where it's like all the elements conspire to ruin your hairstyle. If you're into teasing your hair, you seriously need a can of this. No amount of wind or humidity will flatten your hair.

This stuff is amazing! I wear contacts, so any kind of glitter or shimmer makes me nervous, but this stuff stuck around. You can use a little in corners or build it up for a going out look. Either way, if you're into sparkle, this is your product.

I would basically not be able to function without this stuff. I bought it on a whim while waiting in the longest line ever at Ulta and I was immediately glad I did. It's the smoothest, lightest formula-I can't stand waxy balms-and it's always the first (and sometimes the only) thing I put on my lips.

I really really liked this mascara. It doesn't make my lashes crazy thick, but it's great for defining my lashes and getting my bottom lashes and the ones in the inner corners. It's reasonably priced and wasn't clumpy atall.

I love the richness of this black, and the fact that it didn't cost thirteen dollars, but I had MASSIVE amounts of fallout with it. I know the whole 'do your eyes first' trick, but even after I've finished with everything I get little black flecks on my cheeks which are impossible to get rid of without getting black streaks all across my face.

Amazing!

I am absolutely obsessed with my Baked shadow. For starters, I'm a sucker for cute packaging, and Urban Decay products are always adorable. But when I opened up my fancy container, I was even more impressed. The color payoff of this shadow is phenomenal. Even the tiniest bit goes a loooong way. I'm definitely saving up for twice baked and half baked!

Cannot live without this thing.

My hair is ridiculously thick and has a mind of its own most days. The CHI is the only thing I've ever found that can whip it into submission in a reasonable amount of time. In fact, my straightener is so well loved (I've had it for four years of almost daily use) that it's on its death bed, but I will definitely repurchase, because it's worth every cent.

Not for me.

Picking up a foundation that turns out to be the wrong color is my biggest pet peeve, so I was really excited about this product when I picked it up at Ulta. It does go on very well and the color was great, but it got SO oily by the end of the day and rubbed off on everything I touched. It might work better on someone who has very dry skin, but on my combination skin, it was kind of a disaster.
