Beauty Product Reviews

Perfect for big voluminous spiral curls.

I use this curling iron when I want really defined perfect curls. The spiral design makes curling a breeze, and I feel you don't run as big a risk of burning your hair with this iron, because it evenly distributes the hair across the iron. Perfect for longer hair, because I know with a normal curling iron usually only the bottom have of my hair will curl because of the weight of my hair. Also, my curls last all day with this curling iron.

Great for reviving curls!

I use this leave in spray on days when I want to bring my curls back to life. It provides the moisture and strength that I need. It doesn't leave my hair sticky and I can spray a lot and not have product buildup. And like most Aussie products it smells amazing.

Saves the need for million bobby pins!

These pins are a must if you like throwing your hair in quick buns and hate having to use 10 bobby pins. I have long, thick hair and these work great at holding my hair in place without pulling my hair too tight. You only need two and they are pretty much undetectable to the eye. I even use them on my curly hair for quick up-do's.

Best Cream Shadow I've Tried.

This is the best cream eye shadow I've tried. Granted I've only tried one. Lol. However, it doesn't crease, lasts allll day, controls oil on my eyelids and doubles as a liner. This product is great for traveling because of its multi-functioning qualities. I've had mine for about two years and it has yet to dry out or change in formula.

In Love!

I feel that the L'oreal Lineur Intense gets so much rave but the Maybelline Line Stiletto is just as great. The felt tip is perfect for beginners and gives you the control you need. It's super black, dries quickly and stays put. I feel that this formula is wetter than the L'oreal one and personally I like that.

Pick one or the other.

I've tried both Lashblast Volume and Lashblast Length and I loved both of them so naturally I wanted to try Lashblast Fusion, since it's suppose to be the best of both worlds. Not. It doesn't do anything for lengthening and only after like 4 coats do I get the volume I like. I'd say you'd probably be better off using each of the other Lashblast versions together and getting better results. But, obviously you'd be paying double. :/

Awesome for $1

I picked up three of these in K-Mart for $1. I remembering thinking even if they suck, I only spent $3. Well, i ended up loving them. I love the twist up applicator. It's sanitary and you get every last bit of product. They were definitely super shiny and not too sticky either. The pigmentation was even impressive for $1.

3 Shades. Really?

I love Benefit products. They always have cool concepts and ridiculously cute packaging. The problem I have with Benefit is that their face products are not WOC friendly. I've heard so many great things about the Erase Paste but it comes in 3 shades. I'm not really one for looking ashy or having reverse raccoon eyes soooo I'd say they need more shades.

Love/Hate relationship.

I bought this product because of the hype I've seen on youtube and blogs. I love that it's super fast drying and gives my nails a high gloss shine. However, the formula is suuuuuuuper thick. Like sticky, honey thick. It also didn't NOT keep my nails from chipping at all. I feel that because it is so thick that makes them more prone to chipping because I have a higher raise above my nail. Sorry if that doesn't make sense. Lol. And, let's not forget the $10 price tag. Really? $10 for a topcoat?

Love the product, hate the smell.

I am a super beginner when it comes to applying and wearing false lashes. Duo adhesive makes me look like a PRO. I love the Duo dark since i have dark lashes and 99% I'm going to be wearing dark eyeliner on top. The key to this product is to allow it enough time to get tacky. The only con is the smell. Blah.
