This isn't the kind of mascara for the girl who is in a rush to get out the door. I know I have read less than stellar reviews on this mascara but I don't have ANY lashes (well definable lashes) and this product is the HG Mascara for me when I want va-va-voom lashes. It does take time to apply, I have learned a technique that works for me and my end result is Flawlessly long lashes that aren't clumpy ( I hate the spider eyelash effect). My process takes about 10 minutes but I love having fake looking lashes so the amount of time is completely worth it to me!
If you want the same quality of what a MAC lip pencil offers without having to dish out over 12 dollars for one, you are in luck. I have got about 4 of these babies and the colors are beautiful, your lipstick will stay put and it stays on for the day! I completely love NYX as an affordable High Quality brand.
Nars is definitely one of those consistently amazing brands. Their selections are usually cult faves and Nars Blush in Sin is just that, a HG of blush. In fact, if you are new to blush Nars is the way to go. You pay for what you get. Gorgeous color payoff, an amazing glow and freshness to your skin and the colors are never outdated.
I just love The Banana Powder from Ben Nye. It is what I go to when I want that Kim K glow and when I want to mattify the face without looking powdery. The powder is super duper fine and it soaks up all of the excess oil (so for oil control I find it quite amazing) it leaves my face feeling soft and smooth... It is completely worth the money in my opinion. I got it from CameraReadyCosmetics and they were speedy with delivery!
These lipglosses are amazing. I bought two of them from Beautylish (whom by the way delivered fast and the packaging was completely adorable). The colors are intense but you can layer and build up the intensity if you want. It is very glossy and shiny. It's a bit sticky without being annoyingly sticky or gooey. The packaging is sleek and modern. I love them and I use them to blend or wear alone. Lovely lipglosses.
This is what I take with me on trips since it's so portable (unlike a gel where you'd have to carry the brush with you). It is a very intense black. I usually put my UD Primer on then a base eye shadow then this... and it does not budge AT ALL. Love it!
I just love Lime Crime for their Lipsticks! Amazing pigmentation, they go on smoothly and the colors are truly beautiful I have cosmopop and it's just a very opaque gorgeous color. The staying power is kind of like every other lipstick. reapply after eating or what not. And the packaging is just ADORABLE!
Lorac is definitely one of those highly underrated brands that should definitely be getting more hype. I have a TON of bronzers from Tarte, MAC, Laura Mercier, ELF, Illamasqua and this one HANDS DOWN beats the rest. The finish is gorgeous, not too dewy or shiny, the perfect brown to compliment most skin tones. I just love it. Will always continue buying... PS it lasts forever, I have had mine for about a year and its nowhere near finished.
I just discovered these babies not too long ago and let me just say... They are fun, they are shimmery and not overly sparkly (I am not a huge fan of glitter). The colors give out good pay off and it stays on with minimal fall out. These are loose shadows, so you have to make sure you aren't taking up too much on your brush but for $6 bucks these are amazing!
Lorac is one of those brands that often gets lost in the hype of better known brands like MAC and I do not understand why! Lorac BY FAR makes some of the best powder products out in the market. I have about 10 bronzers that range in brand from MAC to Urban Decay to Laura Mercier...and I ALWAYS go back to this! I mean it is my HG of Bronzers! Not orangey, looks beautiful on skin and for a powder stays on quite long. It says MATTE but I have noticed that at least on my combo skin it gives me this perfect St.Tropez dewiness which I LOVE!
