I saw you write your a dietitian? so I'm wondering what is a healthy wheight loss. because I'm on this diet and I've been looseing like a pound a day.

I am a Registered Dietitian. Healthy weight loss is generally 1-2 lbs a week. This means your losing fat not muscle mass or water weight. Are you eating a healthy diet? Are you drinking enough water?
