A favourite for years

I have loved this perfume for many years and it has always been my favourite. It's a little strong, so using a small amount will still last all day without being overwhelming. This lasts about 8 hours on me and there is absolutely no need to touch up throughout the day.

It's not a scent for everyone, but those that love it will love it forever :)

So versatile!

Even though this says that it can be used as both a bronzer and an eyeshadow, I would have used it both regardless! I use a lot of bronzers as eyeshadows mostly because I like the natural glow and dimension it gives to my eyes!

These shimmer strips are easy to blend and have a great texture. I like that the colours are laid out in a gradient so you can see what the colours will look like when they are placed together.

It's a little pricey, but Physician's Formula tends to have a lot of sales and promotions that are great to take advantage of :)

Instant hit!

Best top coat I've ever tried. I was at first surprised at how thick it was, but it dries surprisingly fast and even helps the polish underneath to dry as well. It also creates great shine and prolongs the life of the polish on your nails so they won't chip for days!

Thought I would use them more often

I bought these in two very boring colours (1&14) and I wish I had taken more time to look at the other ones available. I think with a product like this, you're better off getting the more vibrant and bright colours just because these are so pigmented and it's difficult to find pigmented long-wearing cream eyeshadows in bright colours.

These are great to wear just on their own as they dry really quickly and don't crease.

It's all right

After hearing all the hype about these eyeshadows, I purchased the purple one. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't as pigmented as I had hoped, didn't apply evenly and had a lot of fall out. I think I just got a bad batch as there are so many good reviews on these eyeshadows! I hope that if I ever purchase more that they are as good as everyone says.

They're all amazing!

I like to this of NYX as the affordable version of MAC. Although not as widely available in Canada as in the U.S., NYX can be found online at many online stores (Beauty Joint, Cherry Culture, etc).

These eyeshadows come in 160+ colours and finishes and they are mostly all richly pigmented and apply smoothly with little to no fallout. My two favourites are Smokie Green which is a dark blackish-green with shimmer, and Golden Amber which is a rich medium brown with gold shimmer.

Great Bases!

These are great to use as bases under your eyeshadow. It helps to make eyeshadows brighter in colour and last longer. I would still use a little bit of primer underneath. When using these jumbo pencils as bases, it's important to apply only a thin layer as they will crease if you apply it on thickly.

This is a must-have!

If you like high-end primers, but don't like their high prices, this primer is a great alternative! It feels just like Urban Decay's Primer Potion and works just as well. My eyeshadows have never stayed on as long as they have with this primer. It's only about $5-7 (depending on where you get it from) and at that price, you can't go wrong! It's absolutely amazing and it's now the only primer I use.

Rubenesque

I have this in Rubenesque. It's a light gold, shimmy colour with what looks like to be a bit of pink in it, too. I love paint pots because they work great as bases, cream colour bases, primers and eye shadows! They are very versatile and one paint pit will last you quite a long time.

Perfect!

This is the perfect brush for foundation (of the ones I have tried so far). I like that the top of it is flat, so it blends foundation evenly and works really well when you move it in circular motions on your face. It's also really soft and dense and affordable! At only $3, you could even buy a couple in case you haven't cleaned your brushes and need a clean one.
