I hate my nails these days they are very brittle and weak, I had to keep them short. I know part of getting healthy nails is eating healthy food, which I do. What other things can I do?

Try the sally hansen nail growth thingy I don't remember exacly hiw its called but it comes in a white gold packaging and the nail product is all covered gold I don't know if you might have an idea of which one am talking about? :)!

I heard putting garlic on them or putting garlic inside your nail strengthener for a week then using it helps.

There's a green tea nail strengthen polish from Walgreens I can't remember the brand name but it works wonders. When I use to get acrylic nails my real nails would be so brittle and this treatment helped me

Garlic.
rub garlic on your nails or, chop up garlic, put it in a clear polish for 7-10 days then apply daily. you'll have long strong nails.

Use Sally Hansen nail growth activator it's a blue liquid apply it every morning or night, I orefer night, it made my nails amazing

I use the sally hansen nail growth in the gold bottle along witha sally henson harderner and my nails have grown from little stubs because I always bit them and four weeks later they are past the edges of my fingers.
