They have a tool that helps with blackheads it looks like it has a small hoop at the end of each side. or you can use a bobby pin and slide it where you have blackheads. do it after applying a hot towel or steaming your face. heat opens your pores.

A charcoal mask is good for blackheads. try the Freeman one :)
