Bc care fiber reinforce shampoo helps a lot if it dry with damage and then I like my redden extreme deep conditioner and bc I have dry bleached/damaged hair they make my hair Shiney and so soft witch is really hard to get with bleached hair and if your hair is damaged especically since my bleached hair was falling out and almost mushy now its strong and in perfect condition and if your damage is from just heat then used the bc repair rescue shampoo and conditioner and if it's just plain dry their moisture kick ones you can get them at ulta the fiber one you only need the shampoo and the other ones I would get both and you could also try the well a professional ones they have at ulta too they really helped save my hair.
