Ombré looks really good and it's easy to fix, but I would ask your hairdresser because they know what's best. The colour might not suit her.

I would also suggest a professional because that technique is hard to do at home and then lifting the color turns brassy so they also need to tone it to the desired color and I've seen a lot of bad at home Jobs bc they never finish it by toning it or they leave a harsh demarcation line (it shows when on color starts and the other ends) and it isn't pretty when that happens.
