I had my baby two months ago and ever since I got pregnant my hair has been horrible I thought it would get better after I had her but it's still horrible. It's so frizzy and dry and I have tried everything I can think of, coconut oil, jojoba oil, hair masks. Being pregnant just sucked all the life out of my hair and I can't seem to get it back so if you have any tips I would really appreciate it cuz I don't want to cut it but I will have to if nothing helps. And I've hardly used heat on my hair for the pat 2 years and I only wash my hair once a week so I know those two things aren't the reason.

You can try avocado or egg whites. High protein and such are great.

If you still have your prenatal vitamins you can still take those.

Remember what your diet is affects your hair as well. I would suggest getting a shampoo and conditioner that helps with damaged hair, my favorite are BEDHEAD: Reconstruction 3 (red bottle) or REDKEN: Diamond Oil (goldish looking bottle). The best shampoo/conditioner I've used for my hair. If I had to pick I would definitely get the BEDHEAD one tho, I think it works a little better. Oh and both of these smell SOOO good. (BEDHEAD smells better in my opinion).

If you interested in those I suggest you go to the salon in your wallmart(don't remember what it's called) but they have buy one get one 50% off and you can buy the BEDHEAD shampoo and the REDKEN conditioner if you wanna try both. And I really would suggest getting It's A 10 with keratin (the one you have to pump out) I would use my BEDHEAD (currently using the redken) and after I get out of the shower I would put the It's A 10 in my hair and brush it through. Seriously the healthiest and softest , best smelling my hair has been. I still do this now too. Oh and for split it's I use the NEXXUS , I think that's how you spell it and I put it about 5 inches from my roots down ☺️ you can find that on WALLMART shelves.

Oh I forgot something. If you intending to do that I would suggest getting the set angle brush from WALLMART , it has a handle and it can be blue pink and I forgot what other color... So your not hurting your hair. AND if you have a ROSS, TJ MAXX, MARSHALS around they usually have the BEDHEAD are. 3 there for cheaper than the salons. Just check in every once in a while. Everytime I go in there they have it tho☺️

I'd incorporate more Iron, Vitamin D and E into my diet through meals. If you are breastfeeding, I'd consult my doctor first. Joico has amazing shampoo for fine, thinning or breaking hair and can be found at Marshalls. I'd get a Wet Brush...won't snag, detangles..no snapping..$7-9 bucks. I'd also recommend beginning with a microtrim..and continue to microtrim over time so that you don't lose your length. It's a 10 Leave in is wonderful and you may want to try a hint of Frizz Ease. Your diet is so important right now. Reduce heat use and wear it up very loosely with a non binding, silky hair tie (or a loose braid) when sleeping. In time..your hair will recover. :)
