Well I use dermablend with a colored makeup forever concealer underneath just to tone it out :) hope this helps! All you needa do is study the color wheel and then get cracking

I like the Kat Von D tattoo eraser pencil, it's designed to cancel out the black/blue tones, and then I use the Kat Von D concealer over top of that. It works really nicely :)

They also sell flesh-colored patches that cover tattoos and are water-resistant, if you need a more durable option.

Just putting a concealer/foundation over your tattoos will not cover them! Instead, first outline/colour them in with a red or orange lip pencil. Apply finishing powder. Then take some dermablend and pat (do not rub) it over your tattoo. Wait 10 minutes and apply finishing powder. Apply more layers of dermablend as necessary. It's a painstaking process but it works. :) I've had to do this so many times and I'm covered from the chest down with tattoos.

You want to be careful when doing your hands because there's a lot of movement that goes on! try to keep the layers to a MINIMUM. If anything try Make Up For Ever red Aqua Lip Liner and then their Full Cover concealer in 2 layers. Both products are waterproof although you might want to set with a powder.
Or Cover FX cream foundation set with their matte setting powder - waterproofs it.
